Our Construction Management Department can provide preconstruction services, including:   Design Development Planning   Budgeting   Scheduling   Value Engineering and Constructability Studies   Bid Packages and Permitting During preconstruction, we:   Consult with, and make recommendations to, the owner and architect on all aspects of planning.   Closely review architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans and make recommendations regarding constructability, economics, material and labor availability, time requirements and costs.   Provide value engineering and prepare phased cost estimates, which are reviewed and refined as plans and specifications proceed.   Aid in procuring long-lead items to ensure they are delivered on schedule.   Facilitate the awarding of trade contracts and work to eliminate areas of conflict.
