Deklewa has the expertise, manpower and equipment to do much of the work ourselves, enabling us to greatly reduce costs for our clients and maintain better control of the work schedule and quality. We self-perform many project components, including:

Estimating
Deklewa’s full-service Estimating Department prepares all hard bids, conceptual estimates and Guaranteed Maximum Pricing. Precision Estimating by Timberline® enables us to streamline operations and successfully compete on the open bid market. A huge database of specialty subcontractors and suppliers helps us to continually provide a competitive price.

Project Management
Once a general construction project is under contract, Deklewa’s fully integrated Project Management Department directs it to completion. Our large staff of experienced and highly motivated project managers lead the team to success by carefully coordinating all aspects of the job. Using the latest software, they review plans, negotiate and manage subcontracts, schedule all work, communicate job requirements to the entire team, and oversee cost control and reporting to the client.

Field Production
Only the most qualified construction professionals, with at least ten years of experience, can serve as Deklewa field superintendents. The field superintendent schedules and coordinates subcontractors, supervises all self-performed work, enforces the company safety program and ensures all work is done in compliance with specifications and adheres to the highest standard of quality.
