Construction Management
Deklewa’s Construction Management (CM) Department acts on behalf of the Owner to provide turnkey project delivery, from concept to completion. We have the preplanning, construction, engineering and management expertise to ensure the best possible project outcome. We have successfully managed hundreds of projects, often large in scope and involving complicated work scenarios and critical time frames.
General Contracting
Deklewa’s dedication to getting the job done right has earned us wide recognition as a quality general contractor. Through careful project management and team coordination, we have built an excellent reputation in both hard bid and nengotiated scenarios.
Deklewa has the expertise, manpower and equipment to do much of the work ourselves, enabling us to greatly reduce costs for our clients and maintain better control of the work schedule and quality. We self-perform many project components, including demolition, site work and excavation, cast-in-place concrete, rough and finish carpentry and installation of drywall and acoustic ceilings.
Deklewa takes a very proactive approach to soliciting only the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers. All subcontractors/suppliers must provide the proper qualifications to ensure they possess the necessary skills and are in good financial standing. Our company also encourages and actively solicits minority and woman-owned businesses to participate with us as subcontractors/suppliers.
Design-Build
In a design-build project, the Owner contracts with just one entity to design and construct a defined project. Our design-build program offers these benefits:

Development Services
As an added benefit for our preferred clients, we provide an array of services to help you meet your goals. A lease-back arrangement, for instance, can assist clients that need a building but are limited to a lease option. Using this strategy, we can construct and own a building tailored to your needs and lease the building back to you in a way that makes economical sense for your business. We also offer a similar lease-buyback arrangement.
