In addition, a well-managed Safety Program reduces lost time due to accidents and improves employees’ attitudes toward performing their duties, contributing to the cost efficiency of the project. In order to maintain a safe work environment, company management, all employees and subcontractors must be committed to performing their duties in a safe manner.
